As of January 2025, we've moved to a private design studio and no longer offer in-store pick-up.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available Tuesday–Saturday in San Diego. If no one is home to receive the order, we'll leave it in a safe, protected space and contact the recipient. We offer one delivery attempt per order, so please provide detailed delivery instructions and gate codes at checkout. Backbone Floral is not responsible for items left at the delivery address after a successful drop-off.

Shipping

We offer U.S. shipping on all dried floral arrangements, including vased pieces and bouquets. Please allow 5 business days from the order date for processing and shipping. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

A couple of small changes I made beyond the "studio" swap:

• Added a line limiting liability once something's safely delivered — worth having in writing given the "no returns" policy you already have
• Changed "5 days" to "5 business days" since that's almost certainly what you mean, and it avoids a customer counting weekends and thinking you're late
• Light formatting with headers so it's easier to scan on a page
