Special Requests

We welcome special requests with at least 3 days' notice and will do our best to accommodate them. Text us 619.800-0825

Quality Concerns & Replacements

If an online order is delivered and there's a concern about the quality of the arrangement, please contact us immediately at 619.800.0825 Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the arrangement. Dried florals are delicate by nature — please follow any care instructions provided with your order, as damage from improper care isn't eligible for replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within this window are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our dried floral designs, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Availability

We currently offer dried florals only; fresh floral local delivery is no longer available.
